> Manage design approvals ensuring building design conforms to tenant, municipality and internal WMG design standards prior to permit submission.

> Perform bid evaluations to validate contractor and vendor pricing, assisting with the overall contract award process.

> Prepare construction schedule and estimates for 16 active projects.

> Created federated models for interdisciplinary coordination to ensure design intent is fully achieved throughout construction.

> Tracked clash items for all architectural and engineering models and instructed design modification in weekly meetings to ensure model harmony prior to implementation.

> Collaborated with individual project teams to provide adequate technology and model visibility to those in the field.

> Managed the design, aesthetics, and budget of a $3.05 million dollar transportation project held within overarching project scope. Led all design reviews allowing for key collaboration with operations partners, architects, and vendors.

> Worked closely with creative lead and architects to create, track, and manage a mock-up log comprised of multiple hardscape, railing, and large architectural mock-ups.

> Managed the relocation of a playground and watercraft dock within an accelerated timeline to ensure minimal guest impact.

> Actively contributed to risk log meetings, providing project updates to reflect current status and budget.

> Collaborated on multidisciplinary team responsible for developing and managing a long-term plan to enhance Disney's Grand Floridian Resort for the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World.

> Contributed to the design review process ensuring all WDI and operations stakeholders needs were incorporated into the final design.

> Compiled and standardized multiple program books which detailed scope, budget, and risk assesment for various merchandise, food and beverage, and lobby projects across property.

> Supported project management team on implementation of large scale room rehab project.

> Responsible for managing scope, schedule, and budget of construction go back efforts spanning over 700 resort rooms.

> Provided assistance with the tracking, resolution, and logging of various RFI's, directives and submittal.

> Composed weekly meeting agendas to relay construction progress to operations stakeholders.
